At InTrends, we provide high-quality API services designed to help businesses and developers access real-time trend analytics. We understand that our service may not always meet customer expectations. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees.
Subscription Cancellation and API Requests Refund Policy
Users are responsible for managing their own subscription and API request usage.
Subscription cancellation is possible at any time, but payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
API requests included in a subscription plan do not roll over to the next billing period.
We do not provide refunds for unused or partially used API requests.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the API as expected, contact our support team. Refunds will be considered only in cases where technical problems originate from InTrends and remain unresolved.
