We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service if you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
3. Ensuring Security

License and Access
1. Granting of License

Commercial Use:
Only Enterprise clients with a full commercial license are allowed to use InTrends-generated content for commercial purposes.
Non-commercial Use:
Users with Basic and Pro subscriptions may use the data only for internal research and analysis. Proper attribution is required when using InTrends-generated data in any public or external-facing work.
3. Prohibitions
  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing materials from the API without prior written permission from InTrends is prohibited.
  • Using automated systems or software to extract data from the API for commercial purposes without explicit authorization is forbidden.
  • Unauthorized access or interference with any aspects of the API or associated servers and databases is strictly prohibited.
User Content
1. Use of Content
Users of InTrends utilize the API to search, generate, and analyze trends through our AI-powered endpoints. You are fully responsible for the legality, propriety, and reliability of the content you generate using InTrends tools.
2. Liability for Content
InTrends is not responsible for the content that users generate or publish on other platforms, including raw data retrieved from open internet sources through API endpoints.
3. Rights and Licenses to Use InTrends Tools
When using InTrends' API to generate content, you grant InTrends the right to use, process, and adapt data collected during your usage to improve the service.
